Renting Your Home?

Steps to Submit a New Lease:

1.Review the community’s leasing restrictions by clicking here.

2.Log into the BUURT resident portal at buurt.ccmcnet.com and navigate to Online Forms > Tenant Registration.

4.On the Tenant Registration page, you can view current tenant submissions and start a new tenant registration by clicking Register a New Tenant in the upper right corner.

5.Fill in the tenant registration form and ensure you provide all required details, including:

Property Address where tenant will reside
Owner contact information
Lease dates
Tenant name(s), phone(s), email(s)

6.Pay the annual rental registration fee of $300 after your submission has been approved. These fees can be paid in the same way as your assessment payments.

Tenants Requesting Amenity Access?

Step 1 Property Owners Submit Your Current Lease HERE.
Don’t forget that, as part of the rollout of our new lease administration program, all homeowners that are currently leasing their homes in The Grand Prairie Master Community need to verify that they have a copy of their lease on file with the association. If you are leasing your home and have not previously provided your lease to the management team, ensure that you submit a copy to the management team. This proactive step ensures your lease is compliant with the Association’s CC&Rs and allows our team to upload it directly into the new system.

Step 2 Give Your Lessee Amenity Access
To pass amenity access to your lessee, please fill out the form linked HERE. After you’ve submitted it, your lessee will need to step 3 in order to gain access. Access will not be granted until all steps are finished.
